Product Care & Customizations
Are the stickers dishwasher-safe?
Single stickers that are dishwasher-safe on your water bottle or tumbler will be listed in their description under the Care dropdown. Be mindful of the pressure used when washing your water bottle with them on by hand.
Are the tumblers dishwasher-safe?
This may depend on the tumbler. Please review the product description for the one you are interested in. We ensure to include this information there.
Do you accept custom orders?
Absolutely! It would be our pleasure to partner with you in designing a unique creation! Over the years, we have successfully executed numerous customized projects, including stickers, tumblers, wooden decorations, and beyond. Get in touch with us by filling out our contact us page form.

Do you offer wholesale?

Can I purchase on a different online platforms?

How do I qualify for free shipping?
In order to receive free shipping in Canada, it is necessary to reach a minimum purchase amount of $75.00 CAD or $75.00 USD before taxes.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Processing time for orders is up to 5 days, after which they will be shipped. The shipping duration will vary depending on the selected option during checkout.
